Entrepreneur / Technology Lead / Mobile Software Specialist

I'm a software engineer and product leader who thrives at bridging business goals with technical strategy and execution. Starting my career in research with computer assisted surgery, my passion for emerging, life-changing technologies grew. I especially fell in love with mobile technology and eventually decided to jump into the world of mobile software startups.
In mobile, my work in mobile has focused on middleware, but I've designed and built sophisticated client-side applications in J2ME and Windows Mobile as well. I led the development and created the core technology for an AI platform for mobile gaming, a high-performance platform for mobile ad serving, and many smaller projects in between.
I am happiest when I'm forming a technology and product strategy and developing core technology.
I am currently a product lead for several products at Clearspring Technologies - the leading platform provider for the componentized web (more widely known as widgets). I am leading Clearspring's desktop and mobile products, and am developing the next generation of our WidgetMedia products as well.
