Roman Krayovskyy’s Summary
I've started my career as a member of student's selfgovernment organization at Lviv Polytechnic National University, making my own contribution to growth of organization, improvement of entertainment and studying processes in the Institute and university. As for now, I am Head of this organization. I gained basic managerial skills: people management (up to 15 team members), events organization (entertainment, sports, scientific conferences, trips), communication, documents and presentations preparation, etc.
Studying on engineering specialty, I started to develop web-sites at Studio AnyKey. I gained PHP+DHTML programming skills and developers basic mindset. But
But, previous experience inspired me to gain more managerial skills and I was invited to work as Head instructor in the English-speaking summer camp at American English School for two summers. I manged team of 5-7 instructors, coordinating and synchronizing work with teachers, organized events and trips. As a result, I've improved my managerial skills and gained skills of working with children from 6 to 17 years old. Unbelievable and unforgettable memories!
Than I was invited to SoftServe as HR Manager/Recruiter. I work with really talented people in the fast-growing and world class software development company. I can improve my skills, gain new ones and, what is the most important, I like my job and I like SoftServe!
