That means to decide the shipment to RC, to raise RMA, to follow up WIP, to chase backlog, to measure scrap and to find replacement solutions when necessary, to measure global TAT, to measure RC real and contractual performance, to assess global repair cost ( including repair + logistics + scrap + inventory cost to balance SLA + DOA ).
The RC Manager is responsible for the repair performance and works within the policy guide lines defined by the RC back office team while agreeing the RC invoices. As part of the Performance Tiger Team, I am responsible for the Customer delivery performance for my products.
