Leadership Trainer, keynoter, and hopeful RIPPLER!
Madison, Wisconsin Area
I live in Madison, Wisconsin and travel around the U.S. to hang out with all kinds of organizations to help energize individuals and teams.
I also nurture The Ripples Project, an experiment in encouraging kindness that involves over 19,000 members who receive an inspirational email each Monday morning (the most enriching part of my life is creating Ripples!!) One of my primary goals here at LinkedIn is to spread the word: http://TheRipplesProject.org
My other adventures include having been a wellness center coordinator, support group facilitator, residence hall manager, volunteer coordinator, radio talk show host, and a college mascot.

January 1999 — Present (10 years 11 months)
In January 1999 I began sending out an inspirational email on Monday mornings, and it quickly grew from a few dozen subscribers to several thousand. It evolved into The Ripples Project, an experiment in encouraging kindness.
Each week, we receive dozens of inspirational quote submissions from around the U.S. and a few from around the world. People can sign up for the Ripples Project by sending me an email with SUBSCRIBE ME FREE! in the subject line, or by visiting us online: http://TheRipplesProject.org
