As a marketing professional for nearly 20 years, I have seen many trends come and go. When I started in the business of real estate, my husband and I managed an in-house marketing company for the largest real estate brokerage in Bakersfield, CA. We have always worked hard to stay "ahead of the curve" as new technologies continue to emerge, and we've been testing and refining their application to marketing real estate ever since.
Direct mail and print advertising have not disappeared. Instead their message has evolved as the internet and social networking have altered the marketing landscape. But, at its most basic level, the real estate business is still all about building and maintaining relationships and giving your clients what they want, when they want it. And a word about blogging...if you don't have a blog already...call us...we'll get you set up and help you with everything from posting to tracking...but blogging is a great way to communicate to your audience and to enhance your search results...this trend is not going away!
