Christine Flanagan’s Summary
I work with Beeline Labs, an innovative marketing strategy firm helping corporations integrate social media principles into their business programs. I develop strategies and programs that are rooted in the principles of marketing, communications, sales, innovation, and social sciences. It's hard work and I love every minute of it.
I also direct the research initiatives at the non-profit, Rhode Island-based Business Innovation Factory (BIF). Launched in 2005, BIF has created a platform where public and private sector partners are collaborating across boundaries to focus on big, gnarly innovation projects in areas like healthcare and education. Much of my time is spent tracking great innovation stories and the people behind them. The best are given a chance to share them at our annual Collaborative Innovation Summit each October.
I am interested in the latest thinking and research on innovation and its related fields and practices - specifically, experimental approaches to creating new, networked business models.
I'm also a regular blogger on the BIFSpeak weblog.
