I also did lots of design work on advertisements, web pages, and, of course, Widgets. I was also responsible for most of the HTML upkeep and small amounts of mild PHP scripting.

The review process is strict and involves testing the Widget functionality to ensure there are no bugs, reviewing the code to ensure that there's no malicious functionality, and testing images to ensure that they aren't being taken from other Widgets, among other duties.
