Perfecting this process is what defines a top shelf sales professional, regardless of what he is selling.

After spending most of my career in the corporate world, I decided that what I had yet to fulfill was to use my expertise to build my own business. Every day I work with my clients to help them wade through the muck and mire brought on by the current housing and mortgage market.

In the best of times, buying or selling a home can be daunting. My goal is to take on the complicated, messy details and leave my clients to enjoy the exciting journey from one home to another.

My other area of expertise is to deliver world-class stand up sales training. There's nothing quite as satisfying as working with new or veteran sales people and helping them "keep it real". Sales is a simple, yet elegant skill that is so often over-complicated by businesses.

I am available for free-lance consultation to develop and deliver basic or advanced sales training.
