New Media West is an emerging coalition of new media professionals in the Los Angeles/San Francisco area. The purpose of the group is to advocate fair practices in online video and maintain equal opportunity for producers, writers, performers, etc. working in the online space. As part of our reach-out activities we host regular Q&A sessions around the LA area called New Media Office Hours where anyone interested in online video is invited to come and speak one-on-one with web video mavens.
