My personal mantra is "Live an Xtraordinary Life" When all is said and done, I'm very direct and I also have a highly developed "non-truth" (a.k.a. BS) detector. I challenge people to stop being reasonable and embrace an "anything is possible mentality."
At PL&L we work with successful entrepreneurs who have yet to reach the level of achievement and/or satisfaction that they know is possible We help companies create a culture of openness & accountability.
I have worked in the Personal Growth field since 1980 and have facilitated hundreds of trainings involving thousands of people.
For the past two years I've really focused on learning how to effectively use Social Networking to generate business and to share this with others.
-- Helping create a culture of transparency and trust
-- Working with partners to make sure their goals are in alignment
-- Educating newbies on the proper use of Social Networking to generate new business

I learned the power of being unreasonable and achieving things my mind said were impossible. I helped thousands of people live more fulfilling lives
BA , Business Administration , 1988 — 1990
I decided to "go back to school" 10 years after I left because I was tired of being asked the question: "what kind of degree do you have" and having to explain to people that I didn't have a degree and I didn't need one. So I finally got my degree and lo and behold, people stopped asking me. Other than this, the next best thing I got from getting my degree was getting rid of my fear of computers.
1976 — 1979
I went to U.S.C. so that I could play baseball. Unfortunately I was neither good enough nor motivated enough to make the team. As a result, I never took full advantage of what the school had to offer. Even though I maintained a 3.5 GPA, I finally dropped out after my junior year since it made no sense to keep spending all that money with the attitude I had.
