Mr. Cartwright has held many leadership positions including Project Leader, Manager, Director, General Manager and Vice President. He is currently employed at ITW (NYSE: ITW) in the Food Equipment Group. He is currently serving as the Vice President / General Manager for the Retail Systems (Weigh/Wrap) business unit.

Mr. Cartwright is passionate about leadership, developing individuals to reach their potential and continuous learning. He is a zealous reader with a passion for education. He is an innovator and a problem solver.

Mr. Cartwright served chair for both the NAFEM Data Protocol and NAFEM Life Cycle Model steering committee. He also served on the NAFEM Technical Liaison Committee (TLC). He currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the Troy, Ohio United Way and the Miami County P-16 council (ACHIEVE). He is also active in the LDS Church.

He enjoys lifting weights, road biking and working – yes, he is an admitted workaholic. He has four wonderful sons and an amazing wife.
