I have numerous years of C program experience, the vast majority of it on the UNIX (specifically, Solaris) platform. I am the author of the best-selling book, Solaris Systems Programming, which was published by Sun Press (an imprint of Prentice Hall PTR) in August 2004. I am also a Sun certified Solaris systems, network, and security administrator (SCSA, SCNA, and SCSECA).
I am an OpenSolaris enthusiast, and have served on the OpenSolaris Governing Board (OGB), having previously served on the project's Community Advisory Board (CAB).
