Richard Scully’s Summary

I started in the technology business in 1985 when I was focused on building recruiting automation for the temporary help industry. In 1990 I launched a team to develop a "3 step" hiring system for the contract help industry. A year later I began the design and development phase for launching the first of its kind contingent workforce management system. My first implementation was for Symantec and then for Intuit, KLA-Tencor, Unisys and many others.

Patent design / copyrights for a "Digital Division of Employment" to eliminate the need to payroll temporary employees through staffing companies saving millions of dollars a year.

After many years running a successful technology company for the staffing industry, I sold the company to a "dot com" in 2000 and started a whole new phase of my life shortly there after.

I moved to the country with my son who is now 8 and decided to work with Chamber of Commerce. I thought they might need some technology guidance. My objective was to create an entirely new model to help them grow and retain membership. I felt that the Chamber membership directory was one of its most valuable member benefits, but under attack by other Internet services. Just a matter of time before the value of Chamber of Commerce membership would be questioned, especially by younger business owners.

EcTownUSA.Com, LLC. was formally launched in 2005. We're proud to have implementations in 19 states with thousands using our systems on a daily bases. The value of membership is now HUGE!

Developing the Chamber Nation program with input from many seasoned Chamber Executives has resulted in a rock solid enterprise level application. Our references speak volumes to me on how we've done. I like to be liked, so thank you for the many references (http://letters.EcTownUSA.com).

We have some really exciting things coming out of engineering. If you're a Chamber, or a Non-Profit executive I can help you.
