• • Managed the roll out of Computron (AXS-One) Client-Server General Ledger. (Cub was the first SUPERVALU division to go live on Computron.). Previously managed the Cub conversion to the SUPERVALU mainframe General Ledger system.
• • Managed conversion of Cub Foods Payroll to SUPERVALU mainframe Payroll system. Significant development was needed to accommodate union reporting requirements.
• • Managed conversion from Cub Foods Accounts Payable System to SUPERVALU Accounts Payable system. Here also, significant development work was required to meet Cub Foods reporting and inventory calculation needs.
• Managed successful implementation of an automated Gift Certificate/Gift Card system and two subsequent upgrades. System is used to issue Gift Cards and track outstanding balances.
