I have been working as an Occupational Psychologist in the UK for the past 10 years, working as both an in-house and external consultant, in public and private sector environments.

I'm conducting research into the impact of personality and demographic factors on the successful navigation of work/life balance challenges. In particular, I am interested in understanding how minority groups such as gay and lesbian employees deal with work/life balance difficulties and how they view their organisation's attitude to flexible working.
