I am an attorney with substantive law firm experience as well as in-house experience. My practice focuses on business, real property, internet advertising, new media, digital intellectual property, music, film and television transactions and litigation.
I am a native Spanish speaker, and can deliver legal services in both Spanish and English. For the last two decades, I have represented clients throughout the United States as well as Latin America, Asia and Europe with their legal needs.
For corporate counsel, I offer my experience as former in-house counsel as well as real property, corporate and intellectual property transactional and litigation legal services. Together with my legal colleagues, we can deliver experienced legal practitioners tailored to fit your transactional and litigation legal needs at a fraction of the cost of larger law firms.
