Director of Administrative Systems Integration at UMass Lowell
Greater Boston Area
I worked with PeopleSoft within Higher Education for about 10 years. I've held various positons throughout those years while working on 3 major enterprise implementations and two upgrades. My deepest functional knowledge is with the Human Resource application, but also have experience with Financials and Student Administration including Contributor Relations. Much of my recent involvement has been under the category of project management, but I still have a great passion for doing the detailed work with the applications. Overall, I get great energy from problem solving and delivering solutions.
I have 15 years working in higher education, so I have knowledge of this industry which is different from many others. I understand the needs of individual offices, but see technology issues from a campus and system wide perspective.
I am skilled at meeting facilitation and getting teams to work together. I undersand project management methodologies and governance. I've worked with PeopleSoft HRMS 7.5 and 9.0; Financials 8.9; and Student Admin 8.0.
