I am the managing partner of the premier public interest firm in Southwest Riverside County, California. My firm offers ethical, aggressive, and informed representation of our clients at a reasonable cost. I serve as the President of the Pro-Family Law Center (PFLC), a California nonprofit legal services organization.
PFLC has been directly involved in many of the key public interest controversies of our time, including, but not limited to CCF v. Newsom (defining marriage), Lawrence v. Texas (states' rights), Newdow v. US Congress (Pledge of Allegiance Case), GNEA v. Hicks (free speech in the workplace), and a variety of other cases brought in local courts and taken as far as the United States Supreme Court.
PFLC also provides consulting on bioethical issues, information and interviews to news sources looking for a "conservative view" on issues of the day, and legislative analyses for news sources, attorneys, and legislators. Our cases and views have been spotlighted on every major news network, the O'Reilly Factor, and National Public Radio.
