Leverage and direct diversity in teams to improve decision making and create value
Amsterdam Area, Netherlands
Most of my professional life I have had the fortune to work with exciting new concepts and have been able to play with new ways of looking at existing problems. I was allowed to gain my experience internationally in Europe, the USA and APAC. I have helped set up a mobile telecommunications company, rolled out mobile services for world wide distribution, managed a company with an exciting new approach for managing knowledge and information and I have helped several ICT companies with new technologies to develop their business and move from being an interesting technology vendor into an exciting solution provider.
At the moment I am managing partner at Crossing Signals (www.xignals.com), specializing in helping companies doing exactly what I have been doing naturally. Create, innovate and lead change!
We at Crossing Signals (www.xignals.com) empower your employees to be creative, work together with the right people, innovate and lead the resulting change.
We measure individual affinities for change, leadership and collaboration. Create context dependent teams and use proven methodologies to create and select the right ideas, turn them into exciting concepts and design convincing business cases to launch new initiatives.
