Creative Director at Mojave Interactive
San Francisco Bay Area
I'm the creative director at Mojave, an interactive agency that helps leading brands create engaging interactive experiences that go far beyond the banner. Prior to joining Mojave, I was the Interactive Creative Director of Young and Rubicam San Francisco, where I helped create award-winning online experiences for such brands as 7up, AMD, Chevron, Microsoft, NCAA and Hitachi.
My passion for interactive media comes from the early days of discipline, when in 1995, I saw the potential of the early web and left the world of traditional art direction to focus on building brands online. I've worked on many great brands, including Yahoo!, Electronic Arts, HBO, Polycom, Dr. Pepper, Cisco, and Apple.
I specialize in creating strategic, engaging user experiences that live across multiple media, including online, print, TV and point-of-sale.

We’re passionate about turning strangers into customers. About turning the uninspired into the engrossed. About making passive, jaded, uninterested people totally engaged in the experience.
How do we do that? By engaging people with your strategy in unexpected ways. By building community around brand principles. And by empowering customers to play, share and remix elements of your message until they become advocates for your brand instead of observers of your advertising.
We believe “interactive” means much more than online. Interactive means people involving themselves with your message across multiple touchpoints: anything from playing a game to sharing a recipe to connecting with likeminded individuals around the world from a Times Square kiosk.
Is it scary? Not really. With the amount of choice and power today’s consumer has, doing nothing is what’s really frightening. The banner is dead and your customer killed it. Now let’s try something better.
