I am a professional speaker, author and online media expert holding seminars and workshops on podcasting and speaking on various topics including, "Who Would You Be if Society Had Not Interfered" and "Revvellutionize Your Life ~ THE 7-Step Process for Optimum Health".
I currently enjoy working with women 40 and older who are coming to the age of care-taking their parents and/or grandchildren as well as moving from corporate life to entrepreneurship. Taking time for themselves so they can do it all is simple, but not necessarily easy. This is what I teach... keep it simple.
