I’m a University of California San Diego Communication major with a passion for social media and online communities. I'm fluent in emerging web 2.0 technology and familiar with current new media trends, having helped brainstorm and launch social media initiatives for brands like Unigo.com and Glamour.com.
In addition to penning a column about student life for the UCSD Guardian, my writing has appeared on Lemondrop, Glamour.com, CollegeCandy, CollegeOTR, AsianceMagazine, Mochi, and Matador Abroad. I cover college, career, new media, women's lifestyle, and travel.
I also created the blog mymomisafob.com, which reaches 45,000 unique monthly viewers. The book is slated for publication by Penguin in the fall of 2010.
