Data Storage and TSM Specialist. 3rd-year Law Student.
Amsterdam Area, Netherlands
My main tasks as Data Storage and TSM Specialist are providing our customers with the hassle-free backup & recovery facilities they need, and providing first-rate handling of incidents, problems and changes.
In addition to being one member of a small specialist team of Data Storage and TSM Specialists, I am responsible for the large scale migration of TSM clients from multiple platforms to a new TSM server park. Furthermore, I am responsible for the life cycle management of the TSM servers and clients, organizing upgrade time lines for the TSM software across ING Netherlands.
Beside my regular work I study Law at the Hogeschool van Amsterdam. This 4-year HBO-Rechten course prepares the student for a job as para legal: the right and left hand of the lawyer.
My interests lie with finding smarter, fairer and leaner solutions for aspects of criminal and private law processes. I am also interested in the psychological aspects of criminal investigation, suspect profiling, the investigative hearings and the determination of punishability and punishment. In addition, I am interested in how integrity, accountability and compliancy (should) affect me as a legal professional.
My main interest as a photographer is social and documentary photography, in particular in Mongolia. Other fields include street photography and event photography.

We take raising children for granted but I find it hard, difficult work. When I am not at work, I spend my time with my daughter, teaching her everything I know about life, about being part of society. In return I am challenged to learn more, new things, just to keep up with her. My wife and I do the best we can, and more, to make an upstanding citizen and an asset to society of our daughter, while giving her all the freedom to explore the world, herself and her interests.
