As a Business Management Consultant and President of Profit Sauce and Seattle’s Bevintel, I help companies understand their financials and weigh them to their industry benchmarks. From there we determine any necessary changes in the business operations that can improve profit; essentially marrying the Science and the Art of Business.
Our specialty is restaurants and bars. We have helped numerous owners with reducing prime cost and increasing profits by implementing various controls and measurements. Specifically, and with the use of Bevintel, we measure and reduce losses in bar operations throughout the Greater Puget Sound area.
Our team has a solid business acumen and cost accounting/statistical analysis skill. We effectively establish and implement processes that follow organizational goals in order to create solid corporate culture and customer confidence. We are passionate about solutions with empowerment.
