“We retained Reg Nordman to carry out a review of
sales process/performance for one of our portfolio companies.
I would recommend Reg to companies who want to quickly and efficiently establish a base line of sales process/performance as well as setting sales strategies. “ Mike Sherman, VP, Investments Chrysalix Energy Management Inc.
We retained Reg Nordman of Rocket Builders as interim CEO for one of our portfolio companies. He quickly took charge of the company, establishing some significant positive changes on the sales and partnership side while keeping the company focused on critical product development milestones. I would recommend Reg and Rocket Builders to companies looking for help at the senior executive level. Brent Holliday , Partner, Greenstone Venture Partners

TNL was a construction company with revolutionary approaches to the industrial market. I took a few approaches that were standard in the high tech world and applied them to industrial construction. We grew rapidly to over 1000 employees in four years, as fast as Microsoft was growing in Seattle. We serviced clients such as West Coast Energy ( now Duke Energy), MacMillan Bloedel (Now Weyerhaeuser), Homestake Minerals, Gibraltar Mines ( now Taseko) . When one sector slowed down we diversified into others including large electric power plants, oil and gas plants and even high volume road building. Great stuff, and when we capitalized the company, I went into private consulting.

Western sales of products to the education market. I got the best grounding in a sales education you could wish for as Unisys/Burroughs had brrought over some successful sr IBM executives to run the company. They instigated a superb state of the art sales program while I was there. Also got great training in UNIX! Good people, good times

Led/designed Teacher training programs on using computers in schools. Along with a merry band of other teachers (Ian Jukes, Chris Howerton, Ted McCain, Barry Underwood, Gayle Long and others) we were set loose on the unsuspecting teachers of the province. An absolute blast, and oh how I loved my Apple.
