Greater Boston Area
I am a recent college graduate of Boston University, currently searching for a full time career in public relations. I'd love to work for an innovative company where I can continue to develop my skills in writing and PR while contributing to a creative team.
I'm also very active in the Boston social media scene, frequently attending events such as PodCamp and Social Media Breakfast. I've also helped organize professional gatherings for individuals such as Jeff Pulver and BusinessWeek's Sarah Lacey. Currently, I am the volunteer public relations adviser for Social Media for Social Change, a brand new fund raiser event series that utilizes social media tools to rally support for a common cause.
In my free time, I'm founding my own a cappella singing ensemble. I also write for RebeccaCorliss.com, a blog that celebrates social media and music.
