I grew up in Lancaster, OH and received a BA from Kenyon College in Gambier, OH. At Kenyon, I became interested in Sociology and the different ways people find truth and meaning in modern society. I was especially interested in how people found meaning online through online communities, fandom and internet relationships. This lead to my personal and professional interest in social media and online networks. I have built and created social networks and communities for clients nationwide. I am excited to be involved in the new and rapidly growing world of social media.

Helped plan a fall tour for The Azoic and NamNamBulu (electronic industrial dance bands). Researched venues, promoters, and disc jockeys available along the desired route. Used internet sites and old e-mails correspondences to gather contact information and then organized all this information in an excel file that included names, addresses, phone numbers, and websites. Developed a letter to send to promoters and disc jockeys to introduce or remind them of the bands and then invited them to be involved in the tours.
