I am a real estate broker specializing in the sale of fine homes and estates in the Central Virginia region. I began my practice in 1971, immediately after graduating from college.

In September 1981, I began my association with Joyner & Company Realtors—now Joyner Fine Properties where I am the Senior Vice President and a principal with the firm. My real estate activities are varied and include the listing and sale of signature estates, large land parcels, luxury homes, and assisting with the relocation of executives who are being transferred to or from the Richmond area.

In addition to being a member of the Board of Directors for the Richmond Association of Realtors, I am a longstanding board member of the River Road Citizens Association, for which I serve as Secretary/Treasurer. I serve on the long range planning committee and am a past co-chair of Annual Giving at Northstar Academy, a special school for children with learning differences.

The Richmond Association of Realtors has recognzed me as one of its “Distinguished Achiever” for 26 consecutive years, In 2003, 2006 and again in 2007, I was honored as one of the “TOP TEN” Richmond Realtors based upon my sales volume. In 2006, I was named Joyner Fine Properties' "Top Producer".

I strive to bring an equal measure of knowledge and Integrity to my real estate practice and to leverage the use of technology in order to provide a superior level of real estate service to my buyers and to sellers. I am equally comfortable and practiced in handling properties in the city of Richmond, and the counties of Goochland, Henrico, Hanover and Chesterfield.

As much as I enjoy real estate, what I like best about my profession is the opportunity I have to meet and to assist the buyers and sellers of properties and in playing a role in making their dreams come true. I have found that the real estate business is much more about people than it is real property.
