One of three workgroup leads for Arizona’s multi-jurisdictional Digital Government Working Group (DGWG) activities in 1999/2000. As a direct result of DGWG’s efforts, I was the primary technical drafter of Arizona’s Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA) and Arizona’s Electronic Notary Act both of which successfully passed into law in 2000.
