Engaged as a consulting Planning Analyst with Arizona’s Government Information Technology Agency (GITA). Responsible for developing architecturally sound statewide IT policies and standards. Drafted the State’s Administrative Rules and standards for Electronic/Digital Signatures to implement new statute enabling legally binding use of Electronic Signatures by agencies. One of three workgroup leads for Arizona’s multi-jurisdictional Digital Government Working Group (DGWG) activities in 1999/2000. As a direct result of DGWG’s efforts, I was the primary technical drafter of Arizona’s Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA) and Arizona’s Electronic Notary Act both of which successfully passed into law in 2000.

As that market closed to us, we evolved to do: 1) contract work assisting organizations in upgrading their information systems, 2) joint ventures in software product development and marketing of finanacial and human resource applications targeting unique niche markets.
