I've been a professional computer programmer and datacomm specialist for over 30 years, working primarily in state government.
However, I also have done extensive outside work in web development and applications for a number of non-profit organizations and personal interests. Most notably, I am the creator and webmaster for The Todd Rundgren Connection, fan web site for the musician Todd Rundgren, which enjoys a large worldwide audience.
In addition, I am a volunteer musician and have an active interest in composition and performance.

The TR Connection is the most popular fan-based web site promoting the musician Todd Rundgren. Originally created in 1994, when there were no other web sites devoted to Todd, it is also the oldest and boasts the largest content. I designed all of its major features and programmed them using a combination of Perl, HTML,CSS, JavaScript and PHP.
