I am a people person that has a strong desire to help others in any way possible. I love working with organizations and non-profits that are making a difference in the greater Milwaukee area. I want to make an impact in my community and working with non-profits is one way I believe I can do this best. As an employee benefits consultant, I am able to help non-profits and other organizations with the challenge of navigating through the muddy waters of the health insurance industry. Many small to mid-sized businesses including many non-profits have human resource’s staff that are stretched to capacity. I, along with my trusted team of employee benefits professionals at RC Insurance Services, am able to be an extension of staff for these organizations. Because I care about organizations that are doing so much good for the community, I am always sure to look out for their best interest. Non-profits and other organizations need someone they can trust. They need someone who will work hard, be available, have creative solutions, and help them be successful. This is my goal in business! My desire though, is to be a resource beyond employee benefits. My question is, “How can I help you be successful and allow you to do the great work that you do?”
I am very involved in the community and work hard at volunteering and giving back through offering the various talents and resources I have to make a difference in people’s lives. Whether it is coaching youth basketball, volunteering at a homeless shelter, or providing encouragement for those in a dire situation, I am always looking for a way to help. I was a pastor for 11 years, energetically serving families through the ups and downs of life. In addition to working with health insurance, I am currently beginning my own non-profit. Its aim is to engage young professionals in an open dialogue about faith along with opening up doors of opportunity for them to serve in the community.
