I love coaching people in a process/project environment. I notice that my experience and skill enable me to improve process oriented departments and project management teams. As a senior consultant I have the communication skills to talk with and for senior management.
I have widespread experience in the ICT-field. My experience includes programme management, project management, managing an IT-department, implementing ITIL, systems development (traditional waterfall method as well as prototyping), quality assurance for the development process, quality assurance for the delivered source code and development of client/server systems.
I’m able to rapidly analyze problems, taking into account not only the problem but also the context of the problem, to provide a suitable solution.
While presenting my solution to management I always remain communicative and open to any possible alternatives.
I have excellent communicative skills. I’m analytical, stress resistant, practical and effective. I’m a real team player able to get the most out of a team.
I have excellent command of English as well as Dutch. I also speak Spanish fluently. Always interested in job opportunities in the south of Spain/Gibraltar area.

- Program manager Lessons Learned Information System: project management, business requirement analysis, demonstrating & testing, consulting and international liaison between ducth and US government on this subject.
I delivered a final report with the test results and a recommendation of how to continue.
- IT service manager: monitoring and reporting service levels, definition of services and service levels, improving quality of services by monitoring customer and user satisfaction, establishing standards, responsible for the service catalogue, reporting to ICT-management and negotiating with industry.
- Change coordinator ICT-department: analysing requests, approving or denying requests, planning and coordinating of non-standard changes, overall integral planning of the changes, supporting the change manager with ISO 9002 audit. Supporting the customers with defining their requests & requirements.
