I am an experienced IT professional with global experience in the customer care, telecommunications, Insurance, Health Care, Automotive, digital print and manufacturing verticals with the exceptional ability to visualize and implement solutions that enhance customer service, value and reduce operating costs.

Information Technology focuses on delivering solutions to people that enable people to successfully deliver exceeding results to their customers. IT does not just happen; solution delivery is realized as the result of insight, leadership and teamwork. If solutions cannot make a positive impact on people and processes, then it is ineffective.

Good IT leaders do not operate in a vacuum; they must be proactive in business and use their expertise to bring about changes in IT that achieve business objectives.

I enjoy opportunities at being involved in business at all levels in an effort to understand the unique processes that make business happen. This enables me to identify where improvement can be made and bring changes to bear that people can really use. I continually self challenged to rethink processes to achieve empirical continual improvements in measures of performance, such as customer satisfaction, cost, quality, service, and speed to market.

I enjoy a “hands-on” approach to learning, performing and mentoring professionals. Involved in technology since the “age of vacuum tubes”, I have developed keen insight on implementing IT as well as viability of new technologies.

I have experience working with a number of start-up ventures as well as small business to realize large scale performance that was once the domain of large corporations.
