• Training new employees
• Helped in organizing a plan to reduce call volume. In this plan we reduced calls from 600 calls to 200 calls in just 2 months. This is still the case today on an almost 600 customer level.
• Updating customer spreadsheets to reflect having and not having CPE equipment
• Gathering training documentation and implementing a training schedule and requirements for customer support. Created a guideline to follow for this
• Rebranded the Sugar Training Guide to become more “Buzz” like
• Reprogrammed hotspots SSID in the field to say BuzzBroadband and added read-only accounts to each nano off of the radios changed (if possible)
• Uploaded, trained, and created documents for Google Docs
• Updated Daily Metrics report
• Created WiFi and WiMax FAQs for website
• In charge of managing customer’s email accounts
• Created a setup guide on how to setup a customer’s appointment
• Created a customer source spreadsheet to keep track of potential customers and what month they called in
• Created the White Board spreadsheet, which lists all of our chronic customers
