Estate Planning, Small Business, Asset Protection and Probate Attorney
Jacksonville, Florida Area
I've been a practicing attorney and member of The Florida Bar for 31 years. I help my clients plan for the protection of their assets from potential unreasonable creditors, and their loved ones from "predators", creditors and themselves, through effective estate planning and asset protection planning. My goal is to become completely familiar with all of the family and personal circumstances that impact your own individual planning, so that we can together develop and implement a plan that will accomplish your goals and objectives, and effectively deal with your concerns and fears.
We also have substantial experience representing our clients who are small business owners in choosing the proper legal entity from which to conduct their business and professional activities, developing and implementing a succession plan, with appropriate documents, including buy-sell agreements.
Our practice includes the representation of personal representatives and trustees, as well as creditors and beneficiaries in probate and trust administration, guardianships, elder law, and Medicaid Planning.
