Having lived in Australia, the United States, Singapore and England, as well as visiting many countries throughout the world. It is this travel and his social nature that has left Randall with a deep understanding of different people and cultures, a characteristic that no doubt contributes to the relationships he has maintained within his employment positions.
Living in London at the time, his first professional position was with Presence Online (now IBM) as an Information Architect/Creative Designer working with their content managment suite Aptrix, where he was responsible for designing website structures, maintaining client relationships, presenting concepts to clients, and designing user interfaces for Fortune 500 companies.
A move to Australia was followed by a phone call to David Thompson, the owner of EyeMedia, an online content management and media provider. Employed as an Account Manager, Randall was responsible for managing corporate accounts such as Spotless and Singapore Power, before becoming the Business Development Manager of David's new venture, ANYwebcam.com.
Randall has been with ANYwebcam.com since near inception and is responsible for marketing, new business development, the design of new features, keeping abreast of development within the industry and tackling user interface problems.
Randall is also the "face" of ANYwebcam.com, representing the company at various networking functions and managing the affiliates program as well as external relationships.
Sees his career highlight as playing a part in ANYwebcam.com's growth from 200,000 members to over four million and is proud of the team spirit that has been cultivated within the company.
Looking to the future, Randall wants the ANYwebcam.com brand to become synonymous with the genuine, active community of people the site attracts and would like to be remembered for the contribution that he made to a company that grew into one of the premier social networking sites of its kind.
