Created the concept and started writing MSM Insider newsletter in 2001 as a promotional tool for the online magazine; newsletter doubled in size to more than 23,000 circ. during my tenure.
    Reason for leaving: Laid off with substantial severance benefits during marketing change of direction; Bentley immediately asked me to work as a contractor to continue MSM Insider.
