Software Innovation, originally spun out of a Norwegian Public company (Software Innovation ASA) was acquired by Verdexus in May 2004 and raised over $10 million venture funding in 2005.
Coreworx was successfully exited to Acorn Energy (NASDAQ: ACFN) in August, 2008.
