ADMINISTRATIVE MANGER
Prudential Real Estate
Public Company; 10,001+ employees; PRU; Insurance industry
September 2005 – December 2006 (1 year 4 months)
Worked in the Home office for the Fox and Roach division. In addition to my regular office duties I was also kept the web site maintained, I was the primary mortgage filer, and I took care of all the paper work related to the taxes, liens, and deed transfer.
MANAGER AND COOK
Barry’s Steaks and Hoagies
April 1995 – August 2004 (9 years 5 months)
Barry’s is a family owned Philadelphia Cheese Steak and Hoagie restaurant, with seating for thirty. I worked here initially as a short order cook and cashier during high school. Returning I also assumed managerial responsibilities including scheduling, payroll, vendor relations, and supervising a working crew of six. During that time I created a website, launched an online marketing campaign, and developed a brand image that was faithfully repeated across menus, cards, bags, and private label soda labels.

- Interned at a Startup Branding and Design firm targeted to non-profit, trade, and educational organizations; with core competences in both print and online mediums we sought to unify the two worlds into a seamless marketing message.
- Staring with a cold-call list of 3 thousand organizations in the local Chicago area, I scheduled several sales meetings on behalf of our principal Warren McKenna, assisted in the proposal writing process, and was the first line of contact for all of our clients.
