Maximis Web Enablement
Maximis is a mission critical back-office investment accounting product currently utilized by six Tier One North
American insurance companies and one large public retirement company. This project aims to produce a new
Maximis product with a contemporary web based Graphical User Interface (GUI) that shall ultimately replace the
current version of Maximis.

Joined as a Trainee and worked through to become a Team lead taking higher responsibilities and roles
during various stages of the project.
Develop various framework components of the project.
Work closely with Architect to design and implement trade subsystem.
Lead a team of 6 developers and took complete responsibility for delivering high quality code with
appropriate documentation and assisted team members to solve the technical challenges they were facing
in the trade subsystem.
Worked with onsite coordinator and ensured the POC for trade subsystem met all the criteria.
Mentor fresh graduates and ensure the project standards are maintained by code reviews.
Implemented various controls to meet the custom requirements.
Developed re-useable base class libraries by refactoring the code base which decreased the development
