Through his work with hundreds of technology professionals, Rajesh Setty has had a bird's eye view of careers that soared and careers that stalled. In the IT arena, Setty noted that while some people succeeded beyond imagination, most people seemed to get stuck about ten or fifteen years into their careers. After careful observation, interviews and insights, Setty realized that the top performers in the IT services industry definitely had a different set of standard practices for distinguishing themselves. To share their secrets, Setty created Beyond Code.

Recession makes it hard for everyone. Rising unemployment, weak stock markets, tough credit markets, weak demand, fierce competition for that weak demand, uncertainty about when this will all end are just a start. It seems like there are just too many things out of our control during a recession. It takes a lot to make a significant difference in a good economy. In a bad economy, it takes a significant effort just to produce something meaningful. Rather than going all out (when it is MOST required, ) most people choose to give up quickly, thinking nothing will happen anyway. In other words, they choose to participate in a recession. While this is generally true, there is one thing that is under our control-to have an UPBEAT attitude that's recession-proof. How we survive through the recession and thrive will depend largely on what each of us did before we reached this place and what every one of us will do during these times.

You can't say a lot in 140 characters. Or, that's what we thought until Twitter came along. Twitter set a new standard to communicate in 140 characters. Brevity is the name of the game. It is timely in a way as everyone in the world is moving at a breathtaking speed and would love to spend "as little time as possible" to get "as much insights as possible."
This is where '#Th!nkTweet: Bite-sized Lessons for a Fast-Paced World' comes in. It is a collection of 140 bite-sized lessons that will help you learn and grow. FAST!
#Th!nkTweet is a book that you can read again and again or simply give this to someone who you know needs it but don't have the time to read. This is a book you can read in 15 minutes or less but then again, you might want to re-visit again to refresh and re-learn. #ThinkTweet is a gift that you owe to yourself!
Guy Kawasaki wrote the foreword and said that "#Th!nkTweet is a cool little book filled with twinsights, twumor and twinfluence of Twitter."
'#THINKtweet' is part of the THINKaha series which are comprised of books that are 100 pages in length that contain 140 well-thought out quotes (tweets/ahas) of 140 characters or less.
