This organization has been founded to help the Small and Medium Enterprises in India. Most of us only talk of big brands, big companies, big cities. Some facts about SMEs ought to change that:
    a. Total SME units - ( also includes SSI ) 120 Lakhs
    b. Total Empolyment Generation 287 Lakh ppl
    c. Contributes to about 7% to GDP
    d. 40 % of gross industrial value added at 4.5 lakh crores
    e. 35% of total exports at 1 lakh crores
However, very few of these compnies have the resources to compete decisively on the national scale what to talk about the global scale. They may be in startup, scale up or turnaround stage. The SME sector is in urgent need of best in class management solutions to improve their brands, organizations and cost-competitiveness. There is a need for a refreshing, innovative and imaginative approach to supporting and scaling up SMEs. Milagrow hopes to partner with these companies provide these solutions..
