Rajeeb Dey’s Summary

Founder & CEO of Enternships.com - a service connecting talented students and graduates to start-ups/SMEs and dynamic organisations worlwide who provide 'entrepreneurial work placements'. The site soft-launched in May 2009 and as already featured in The Sunday Times, The Daily Telegraph, Esquire Magazine, ABC News, Growing Business Magazine, Wall Street Journal, Business Week amongst other media channels. Enternships is the place to find the hottest entrepreneurial work placements around the world.

Founder of the English Secondary Students' Association (ESSA) - the first national organisation working to give students 11-19 a voice in education. We've worked with thousands of students to equip them with campaigning skills as part of our Campaign for Change programme. Recently ran a national video competition with the support of NESTA & Channel 4 to find out students' views and aspirations for education.

I was the longest serving President of Oxford Entrepreneurs: running the largest free student society at Oxford University with over 3000 members and regular events. Hosting high profile speakers including Dame Anita Roddick, Sir Alan Sugar, Lord Karan Bilimoria etc. Launched "Varsity Pitch" - the first ever Oxford-Cambridge business ideas competition judged by Peter Jones (Dragons Den), Martha Lane Fox (Co-Founder, lastminute.com), Michael Birch (Co-Founder, Bebo.com ), Ian Lobley (Senior Partner, 3i) & Jim Lawn (Head of Innovation, Microsoft UK) - dubbed by CNN as "The business boatrace".
