  This summer internship gave me an opportunity to learn how to create a Financial Model in Excel without plugs/circular referencing and without the use of VB/Macros. It also involved creating a Debt and Fixed Asset Schedule.
  
  The Fixed Asset Schedule can depreciate assets either with the SLM method or the WDV method by changing the value in a single cell.
  
  The Debt Schedule automatically raised Long term and Short Term Debt whenever the Capital Expenditure was increased, made the Interest Payments and sold any Marketable Securities. The Debt Schedule can amortise debt at different rates by changing the value in a Single Cell. Alternatively, it can employ excess Cash to buy Marketable Securities and earn Interest
