As a GE Healthcare IT Program leader in the IMLP management training program, Ryan has worked in a wide variety of roles. As the Life Sciences eCommerce Project Manager, Ryan helped in the deployment of a platform that will drive over $40 million annually in online revenue. As the IT Finance Simplification Leader, Ryan ran LEAN initiatives for key financial reporting. Currently, as a Business System Analyst Ryan is developing a security model for a major PeopleSoft release. He writes for and manages the internal Global IT blog for GE Healthcare and adopts new technologies to improve the work experience on daily basis.
Ryan's web experience consists of usability design, product development, and business model development. He consults for internet related businesses as well as not-for-profit ventures through his advisory, Renliv LLC. His other entrepreneurial efforts consisted of launching SocialDreamium LLC, a social web application startup that worked to assist community managers with inbound marketing efforts, and a video blog, ActionsTalk.com, that hosts startup founder interviews and shares lessons learned with entrepreneurs.
Ryan has worked closely with senior level executives, has been a part of project teams that require an extremely strong work ethic, and has succeeded in these environments. His passion and enthusiasm for everything he does helps drive the motto of getting things done! He is solutions driven and customer focused with a balance of technical understanding and clear communication skills.
Ryan holds a B.S. in Economics from Miami University (OH).
