  Since 2005 I started an e-learnig and educational consulting firm. We have developed e-learning courses for corporate universities, developed curriculum contents for private universities, taught subjects on e- learning and right now we are starting an Instructor-led training (ILT) program.
  I’m ruling the office within a tele work philosophy. I have a little core team of five persons and a larger data base of providers. This scope allows us to grow when we have a greater amount of work and to decrease when we have less work. It has been a very instructive and satisfactory activity.
  Because it is a little office I wear several hats. I make the yearly strategic plan and budget. Some times I visit clients and do some sales tasks. I follow up the courses development and write documentation about the procedures for improving them, always within a digital philosophy.
