First of all, if you are not aware of PPC marketing (this won't make much sense to you), but if you are aware, Advertisers pay search engines like Google, Yahoo, MSN, etc to show their ads when users search for keywords that the advertiser specifies. Advertisers pay these search engines every time a user clicks on their ads. If you search on Google, you can't miss the Sponsored Results. These are ads by advertisers.
Now, from an advertiser's point of view, to get a high ROI (Return on Investment), it is important that the advertiser can funnel down the keywords that convert for him/her and get rid of the ones that dont. (Makes sense right?)
Most search engines have a solution for this - they give you a piece of code that you can put on your web site which will give you the stats showing you which keywords are converting into sales and which ones are not.
But if the advertiser is an affiliate marketer (selling products of other companies and getting a commission for all sales), it can be difficult or in some cases impossible to place a 3rd party search engine code on their web site to track conversions due to either security related reasons or simply because it is too much additional work to add/remove codes.
Affiliate Radar is a solution that allows you to view your keyword conversions without using any 3rd party code, so you could now track the performance at the impossible situations mentioned above.
Additionally AR (Affiliate Radar) also allows you to migrate your existing campaigns from google to yahoo and MSN and vice versa which means you can multiply your traffic atleast 3 times.
