Junior Project Officer Environment Management
Lorient Area, France
I have a Masters in Environmental Management from the University of Rennes 2 (France), Haute Bretagne. I previously studied for my undergraduate degree in Geography at the University of Nantes, where I had a particular focus on coastal and marine environments. My interest in the political side of environmental issues stems in part from my involvement in clean-up operations after the French Oils spills.
I came to E3G Third Generation Environmentalism in London between March 2007 and September 2007 with the support of the EU Leonardo da Vinci programme, and follows time spent working on a project investigating ways to assist the ecological recovery of the river Loire.
I worked for this NGO as a freelance editor position at the end of my internship until December 2007.
I am Back in France now and I am currently looking for a new job.
I also have my own blogs Garden-partie ( www.garden-partie.blogspot.com) and UniVert (www.univert.wordpress.com), and I enjoy taking part in the green blogosphere. I am a keen surfer, a fan of rugby, and have a passion for DJing.
