I created rubber molds for urethane casting and wax patterns for investment casting. The wax patterns were lost cast into stainless steel for the dairy industry. I mixed, sprayed a variety of paints. This is where I was introduced to radial draft, core prints and pattern clearance. I designed and implemented a vacuum degasification station using inexpensive parts and capable of degassing three five gallon pails of rubber in 2 minutes. Designed and installed a pressurized air delivery system. Designed and built a paint booth. Installed a computer network.
