Paul Vranas’s Summary

Paul Vranas is the founder and CEO of Vranas Properties. His vision for Vranas Properties is to grow a residential real estate brokerage that attracts the best talent in the industry and provides the most valuable levels of service to its customers.

Paul Vranas is a Chicagoland native having grown up Skokie, IL. Having pursued a passion for music in high school he intended on stuying vocal performance at Illinois Wesleyan University. After successfully leading the business operations of IWU's school newspaper "The Argus", he realized that he could apply his creative side to business and graduated with a degree in Business Administration.

Mr. Vranas's work experience includes leading market research and business development efforts at a internet startup company. There he created an innovative MP3 music player accessory and distributed it to the consumer electronics market.

Moving on, Mr. Vranas participated in a management training program at a large regional bank where he learned principals of management and operations.

Pursuing these opportunities, Mr. Vranas continued to learn more about building a successful real estate business working with Vranas & Chioros Realty Group, his family's real estate firm. Working there Mr. Vranas represented buyers and sellers on the purchases and sales of their homes. Through referrals and word of mouth Mr. Vranas was able to quickly grow his business.

This early success forced Mr. Vranas to consider that his standards for client service were, in fact superior to those of the industry status quo. As such, he realized that if a business model could be developed around the superior client service he had begun to build a brand from, that a far greater number of clients could be served. In an effort to learn more about managing a growing business, Mr. Vranas obtained an MBA from DePaul University in 2007, before launching Vranas Properties the same year.
